By accessing or using ScalableAI (the "Service"), operated by ScalableAI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ScalableAI is an AI-powered chat assistant that can hold conversations, generate images, open websites, play media, and analyze camera input, among other features. Some features are available without an account as a limited free preview; full access requires creating an account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least [13/16/18 — choose based on your jurisdiction and legal advice] years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
When you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at 1njam0mvt@scalableai.us.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or request content that is illegal, harmful, or exploitative, including content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety features or usage limits of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service outside of normal, intended human use, including the free preview feature.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. AI-Generated Content
ScalableAI uses artificial intelligence to generate text and image responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate at times. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any content before relying on it. We do not guarantee that responses will be error-free.
7. Free Preview / Anonymous Use
The Service may allow a limited number of messages without creating an account. This preview is subject to usage limits, may be modified or removed at any time, and is provided for evaluation purposes only. Data from anonymous preview sessions is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by ScalableAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the license you grant us in Section 9.
9. License to Your Content
By submitting messages, prompts, or other content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalableAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
